Position requires a Self-Motivated individual willing to learn new aspects of the position. The industries are construction mining facilities, bulk material facilities, manufacturing facilities, food packaging and distribution facilities, wood working facilities, waste facilities, the opportunities are endless if you have that drive and determination to solve problems and make money doing so.

The base salary is solid with medical for both you and your family, vacation and related PTO, computer, phone and other accessories to help you serve your Clients needs. In addition to salary you earn commission on profit earned from dollar one.

The only limitation is that you put on yourself.

Summary: Manage the Sales Department assisting engineering with quote preparation for service and installation requests from customers. Manage the sales associates ensuring that each of their top 150 customers are being contacted each month and that customer leads are being followed up on by sales associates in a timely manner. Review and approve sales associate’s sales forecasts and budgets each quarter. Monitor sales associate’s current sales each month to ensure sales forecast is being met. Confer with CFO to ensure sales budgets are being adhered to. Implement new marketing approaches. Work with vendors to negotiate competitive pricing on parts.

Essential Job Duties/Functions:

· Sales

o Discuss results of contact of the top 150 customers each month with each sales associates

o Work with customer service on ensuring sales associates receive proper reports

o Review and approve quarterly sales forecasts with each sales associate

o Confirm sales budgets are being adhered to with CFO

o Monitor sales each month to ensure sales forecast is being met

o Implement new marketing approaches

o Prepare marketing materials

o Provide encouragement and training to sales associates

o Assist sales and engineering in the preparation customers quotes for service

o Work as a liaison with vendors to improve product pricing

o Work closely with engineering on projects for service and equipment installation

o Provide customer service with pricing

o Meet weekly with each sales associate to discuss the week’s success or challenges

o Report sales activity to CEO each week

o Route sales for existing accounts known

o Would have to establish route(Will have a basic route established to share)

Education and/or Experience:

o 5-8 years experience in sales preferably in the aggregate or related industry

o 5-8 years experience in sales and marketing management

o Experience in manufacturing, materials processing or tooling environment desired

o Experience with vendor relations and pricing negations

o Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

o Able to travel to customer locations several times a month'
